A new, fantastic book about 55 exotic hotels in Norway was released recently, and among these fantastic hotels Store Ringheim also was found worthy. We are so proud:)
Of all things a Korean film crew producing a “Travel in Norway” feature showed up in our restaurant and wanted to try the traditional dish “Smalahove”
The summer came early this year and we follow up with a great summer menu in our ala carte restaurant.
