Up until 1860, when my great, great grandfather, Peder Ringheim, built the newer house next to it, it was the main house on the farm.<\/p>\n<p>In &#8220;Eldhuset&#8221; you can feel the historical buzz in the walls. Here, many generations have lived their lives. The room is now again an old stove with smoky walls and ceilings. Eldhuset is a large junior suite with a beautiful ornamental painted poster bed (150 cm wide), a slate fireplace and sitting area.
